Quotation and Acceptance
After requesting a quotation or choosing a package, we will send you a formal quotation outlining your project and the costs involved. Once you are happy that everything is in order and you wish to proceed, you will need to confirm this by acknowledging the terms and conditions of our quote and completing and digitally signing our electronic form. Once received, we will await your payment of deposit as stipulated in our quotation. Once received, we will consult with you further, as may be required, and begin working on your project immediately. Under normal circumstances, we will provide you with an initial design and colour scheme within 2 working days.
Design and Development
After you have approved our initial designs, we will proceed with further design and development of your project, and if required, keep you updated and informed each step of the way. At this stage, you will need to provide to us any imagery or content that may wish to be included with your project. We will assess the material that you provide for quality, appropriateness, and edit and enhance as necessary. According to the guidelines of our consultations with you, and according to the quality of any materials provided, we will advise should it be necessary to procure any stock imagery or specialised custom art along the way. Any edited content or outsourced imagery and art will always be submitted to you for approval. Your attention and response to proofs will always be critical in ensuring that are no unnecessary delays with your project.
Proofing and Approval
Once we are finished with your project, we will submit all the details and proofs to you for final approval. If this is a website or eCommerce system, then we will invite you to browse the website and try out it’s functionality. Once you are satisfied that everything is in order, we will request your confirmation of final approval via email. We will then complete final testing before going live with the site.
Testing and Deployment
Once you have approved the functionality and final design of your site, we will retest and confirm all the functionality and features of your website. When we are happy that everything is in order, and that the experience is great, we will open your website internet traffic.
Training and Site Management
Since our website and eCommerce platforms are designed to be user friendly, we will train you on how to log in and out of your website, add and edit content and users, and perform other administrative tasks on your website. In the case of eCommerce platforms, we will further train you on all the functionality and features of your platform. This will include catalogue management and sales administration. We will also link you to a wide range of online resources to further your expertise and capabilities in using the more advanced features of your website.
Maintenance and support
